The path of the Instructional Trail Churáňov goes on the slopes of Churáňov mountain in the Protected Landscape Area Šumava, about 12 km west of the town Vimperk.

The trail acquaints visitors with the history of the village Churáňov and its surroundings, with natural interests of Churáňov mountain, with the typical architecture of the Šumava mountains, and with the other interests of this tourist and skier locality.

Almost 7 km long circular trail starts and ends by the hotel Churáňov about 300 m below the top of Churáňov mountain. There are 10 informative boards along the path. Boards with described panoramic illustrations and with resting places are situated in the lookout places on the trail.
The trail is passable for hiking tourists, in winter it is accessible also for cross-country skiers. It is marked with green-white signs.
The best time for visit is during vegetation season.
