Mářský Vrch (Mářský Hill - 907 m), called also Brdo, towers about 5 km north-east of the town Vimperk in the Vimperská Vrchovina (Vimperk Uplands).
On the top there is a observation tower from 1937, which offers nice views of the Šumava mountains (Bohemian Forest): Popelní Hora (Popelní Mount), Churáňov mountain, Přilba mountain and Javorník mountain. The Stations of the Cross lead to the small chapel near the observation tower. A small sea of stones can be seen on the hillside below the peak.
The peak is accessible from Vimperk, along the red marked path connecting the blue one near the parking-lot behind the settlement Svatá Máří (about 8 km). The blue marked trail leads to the peak from the small village Lštění (4 km) or from the village Bohumilice (about 8 km) and the yellow sign runs to the top from the small town Čkyně (about 8 km).
