The small village Lštění lies 7 km east of the town Vimperk, 890 m a.s.l.
The St. Adalbert's Church stands on a knoll in the village. The original Gothic church from the second half of the 13th century was completely rebuilt into a valuable Baroque building at the beginning of the 18th century. It became a famous pilgrimage place at that time. The old pilgrimage banners, which were borne in front of the pilgrimage processions to the St. Adalbert, can be seen in the church.
