The trail named after the poet Otokar Březina leads in the country between the small towns Počátky and Jaroměřice nad Rokytnou in the Českomoravská Vrchovina (Czech-Moravian Uplands).
The path acquaints visitors with life and work of the poet Otokar Březina and with natural and historical interests of the Českomoravská Vrchovina.
The trail is passable for pedestrians and mostly also for cyclists. It is about 55 km long and it is marked with the red tourist sign. The trip takes about 2 days for pedestrians or 1 day for cyclists, but it also can be divided into several shorter ways.
The trail starts in Počátky and it ends in Jaroměřice nad Rokytnou. It runs partially along field and forest roads. Informative boards (12) along the trail present several interesting places in the Českomoravská Vrchovina.
