The three-storeyed Mantle Bridge spans the castle moat in the western part of the Upper Castle. Its name comes from the fortification on this side of the castle called Mantle.
The bridge is also a part of the unique system of covered bridges and corridors called connecting corridor, which connects the Minorite monastery with the chateau and with the chateau park.
