The path of the instructional trail Březina is named after Otakar Březina, the first director of the agrarian-flax school in the town Humpolec. It leads through Humpolec and in its near surroundings.
The trail is dedicated to acquaint visitors with the history, geological composition of the landscape, and with ecological impact of the northern part of the Českomoravská Vrchovina (Czech-Moravian Uplands) in the surroundings of Humpolec.
The trail is designated for hiking visitors, but most of the way is also passable for cyclists. About 9 km long circular trail starts and ends in the forest park near the elementary school Podhrad in Humpolec. The point of departure is accessible along the tourist sign from the upper square in Humpolec or along the blue sign from the village Lipnice nad Sázavou.
Throughout the trail there are 16 informative boards, roofed resting area, and two springs with drinking water.
