The main street leads through the whole Latrán from the Budějovická Brána (Budějovice Gate) and it runs to the Lazebnický Most (Barber Bridge) over the Vltava river, which connects Latrán with the Old Town. This street is lined with the Late-Gothic and Renaissance buildings. The oldest were built between 1430 - 1440 and they belong to the oldest stone houses in Bohemia. The former town hall of Latrán, the valuable Gothic building from the 15th century (rebuilt into the Renaissance style in 1575), stands near the Červená Brána (Red Gate).
The Minorite monastery was built together with the Church of Corpus Christi and Annunciation of the Virgin about 1350.
The slim tower of the former St. Jost's Church lies near the Vltava river in the southern part of Latrán.
