The Baroque town hall with three turrets is situated in the Square of King Premysl Ottakar II. It dates from the Renaissance period in the middle of the 16th century, the current look comes from the reconstruction between 1727 - 1730 under the design of A. E. Martinelli. Four allegorical sculptures (Righteousness, Bravery, Wisdom, Circumspection) by J. Dietrich from 1731 stand on the cornice on the building. The glockenspiel is in the central turret too.
