The small village Zborovy lies about 15 km north of the town Sušice, 577 m a.s.l.
The oldest mentions of the village originate from 1384 - 1418. There used to be a small Church of St. John the Baptist in the 13th century. The originally Romanesque rotunda with the long apse on the eastern side was rebuilt during the 17th and 18th centuries - the vaults and the tower were reconstructed.
The remains of the former Slavonic fort called Hrádek ("Small Castle") with stone bulwarks can be seen about 1 km north-east of the village. It probably originates from the 10th century.
