The small village Pašitky lies about 2 km north-west of the small town Blatná in the countryside full of ponds around the Lomnice river, 480 m a.s.l.
The Baroque Church of St. John the Baptist was built on the small hill above the village between 1747 - 1750. The single-aisled church has a rectangular presbytery and a tower with a dome on the western side.
The furnishings are in the Rococo style with carvings by F. Ublaker and J. V. Spitzer from the middle of the 18th century.
The crypt of the Hildprandt family can be seen inside too.
The Church of St. John the Baptist in Paštiky was one of the last projects of K. I. Dienzenhofer.
