The remains of the Křikava castle lie about 8 km north-east of the town Blatná near the village Černívsko on the spit above the Velký Černívský Rybník pond (Big Pond of Černívsko), 510 m a.s.l.
It was first mentioned in 1357. In 1402 it was damaged by bandits. The castle was abandoned a short time after and it became ruins before the end of the 15th century.
The rectangular layout of the castle is surrounded by a deep moat. Remains of the donjon can be seen in the centre of the precinct. The palace stood on the shorter side of the castle.
The remains of the castle can be found on the green marked trail about 15 km far from the village Škvořetice and 5 km far from the village Bělčice or on the yellow sign about 500 m far from the small village Černívsko.
The sea of stones with interesting rock formations can be seen on the slope below the ruins.
